Reporting Timeline

Any defect, damage, or incorrect product received must be reported to care@hilaryrhoda.in within 48 hours of delivery.

If the issue is not reported within the given timeframe, we are not responsible for providing a refund or replacement.

Required Documentation

Images or Videos

Clear images or videos are required to support the complaint. Without these, we cannot process the request.

Specific Scenarios

Non-sealed, Leaking, or Broken Products

  • Clear images or videos of the affected products
  • Images or videos of any spillage (if applicable)
  • Images of the mono-carton
  • Images of the outer packaging
  • If claiming seal tampering, include images showing this

Empty, Insufficient Volume, Missing, or Wrong Product

  • Clear images or video of the issue (empty container, product with less volume, missing product, or wrong product)
  • Images or video of spillage (if applicable)
  • Images of the mono-carton
  • Images of the outer packaging

Dirty Packaging

  • Clear images or video of the complete open package
  • Images or video of the mono-carton
  • Images of the outer packaging

Note: Mono-carton refers to the Hilary Rhoda box/packaging for individual products. Outer packaging is the larger box containing the entire order. Images of both are required to process claims.

Processing Time

  • Our team will review and respond to your complaint/query/issue within 7 working days of receiving all required details.

Exchange Process

If an exchange is approved:

  1. You will receive an authorization number
  2. A reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  1. The refund will be processed within 7 working days
  2. The refund will reflect in your account within 7 working days
  3. You will receive a confirmation email

Return Packaging Instructions

For exchanges:

  1. Pack the product in its original packaging
  2. Include the original receipt
  3. Include a document stating:
  • Address of dispatch
  • Name & Address of the customer
  • Order number
  • Contents of the package

Exchange Order Processing

  • Once received by our warehouse, the exchange order will be processed within 48 hours
  • You will be informed of the new consignment tracking details

Important Notes

  • Gift box orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • All products to be exchanged must be sent back to us packed in the same packaging as they were received in.
  • The return package must be physically accompanied by the original receipt and the document with required details during the reverse pick-up.
