At Hilary Rhoda Cosmetics, we strive to ensure your satisfaction by delivering products that meet your expectations. Each of our products undergoes comprehensive testing and scrutiny. In cases of production defects, such as expired, incorrect, or damaged items, we will accept returns only if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Issues like missing items, wrong orders, damaged or defective items, or excess charges must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery. Please note that individual products within a kit or combo cannot be cancelled or returned. Only products purchased directly from our website, https://hilaryrhoda.in/, are eligible for returns. We do not accept returns for products bought from third-party websites or physical stores.

For any returns, please email us at care@hilaryrhoda.in. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed, as it will be reviewed by our customer service team. You will receive a call or email notification once your return has been processed.

Terms and Conditions

  • All returned items must include a copy of the original invoice.
  • Each item can only be replaced once.
  • Shipping costs and COD convenience fees will not be refunded.
  • All gifts or promotional items received with your purchase must be returned along with your order.
  • We do not replace opened or used products unless in extreme circumstances. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • Please note: While we strive to accurately depict product colors, slight variations may occur based on your operating system.
  • Refunds may take 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank/payment method.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Replacement Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product damaged due to misuse or overuse.
  • Returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, freebies, and other accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged.
  • Tampered serial number.
  • Defective products not covered under the Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Used or altered products.
  • Request initiated after 7 business days of order delivery.
  • Free products provided by the brand.
  • Individual products from combos or kits.
